Treat Yourself to a Massage Today

Reduce Soreness

Massages compliment your regular physical therapy treatment sessions by relaxing those extra tense muscles. Try a massage before or after your next appointment to decrease pain and increase recovery time.

Decrease Stress

When you receive a massage, your body releases endorphins that cause you to relax. When these endorphins are released, your body will have an easier time fighting off both stress and anxiety.

Boost Energy

Massages can improve your body's overall circulation. Improved circulation increases the amount of oxygen in your cells which can make you feel more energized.
